Christmas PJ's

I got the pictures from Annie So I am finally taking the time to get this on here. When I started this project I was planning on putting nicknames on the front of all the shirts, so I was going to put thing 1 and thing 2 on the twins shirts when I realized that I have 6 things so now they are all numbered 1-6. Even Boone knows that he is #6. It makes me remember back to when my family would go places and when we got back in the car we would have to "count off" starting with Elizabeth all the way down. I was known as #4.

Elizabeth, Laura and I Took Tyson and Boone to the Mall to see Santa. As you can see from the pictures, it took a bit of coaxing to get the two of them to sit on Santa's lap. Tyson was more than willing to talk about spiderman and Boone, while he was on my lap talked about snowmachines and how fast they go. Tyson was brave and then there was Boone. I sat him on Santa's lap and this is what he did, and wouldn't say a thing. He is so much like Ashley it is scary. And for the last picture of Tyson, I call this the deer in the headlight look, which one's the deer?

Can I Try It On?

I think I have been sewing and crafting for 2 months straight!! Not quite but it feels like it. I have sewn 10 blanket this season, CRAZY I know!! I just finished the final one! It is the only one that was not really for a Christmas gift. It is for my dad and he goes in on Monday to replace both knees. So I made him a comfort blanket. The cutest thing about all these "blankies" is that when I am done I take a deep breath and say I'm Done! And Boone says, "Can I try it on?" So, we wrap him up in them and he watches T.V. for a while and then it is time to wash them. So All of you who are getting Christmas blankets, know that they have been Boone tested and approved!! Now that I have made pj's and blankets for everyone else. It is now time to get started on my kids Christmas pj's! Almost done!!

Tag Your it!!

Fourth file Fourth Picture. This is when Natasha Nitchele and I hiked the "R" mountain. This was the last year the 3rd graders at Sugar hiked it for a field trip. We carried flowers and a bottle of water up, and planted them. I'm sure they died the next day!

First REAL snow

When the boys woke up this morning they were so excited to see the snow. Boone said "now we can ride the snowmachines", and Braxton replied "no Boone there is not enough snow yet".
I love that they are getting older and learning new things. Earlier they found a red belt to one of my skirts that they decided was a fishing pole. They stood at the top of the stair and cast their "fishing pole" down the stairs where they would lay and wait till they got a bite. Then they would catch the "big sharks with sharp teeth" silly boys!! They are so much fun.

Salmon Trip

For the last Three summers Elizabeth and I Have planned trip to go to Salmon. It has been a lot of fun. Dad took us the first year and showed us all the sites. The first year, we stayed in a hotel, well some of us did. Elizabeth and dad shared a room and he snored so loud that half way thru the night Elizabeth took her sleeping bag and went and slept in her pickup. But the last 2 years we have both had camp trailers. So we have been able to stay in some fun different spots.

Here we are on our way up to Meadow Lake. Matthews Family except Madysen. She is on my lap.
Boone In his summer shorts and Playing in the Snow.

It is Beautiful up there. I guess it used to be a glacier. And I have to put the picture of the flower on. I take pictures of flowers, which I inherited from my mother and after looking at Grandma Parks pictures not to long ago... My mom Inherited it from her mom.

Canning Beans

Now that the girls are back in school. I just have the boys at home. I was canning beans and they wanted to help. They helped all the way from snapping the beans to putting them in the jars. Sometimes it is easier to do things without the kids help and sometimes, just sometimes it is easier to let them help so that they will stop begging. Braxton and Boone had a ton of fun.
